Optical Express Surgeons are annually assessed by the International Medical Advisory Board (IMAB), consisting of several of the world’s leading refractive Surgeons. The panel includes Steve Schallhorn, former Head of Ophthalmology for the US Navy, Prof. Jan Venter a world leading Ophthalmic Surgeon and Jeff Machat who co-founded TLCVision, which became one of the largest laser vision correction providers in the world. The IMAB conferences continue to improve our Surgeons' knowledge of recent developments in the laser vision correction field and keep them up to date with industry regulations.
